Finished up a beautiful longhorn today. Heavy on the beautiful. Tons of color in her horns. I would love to just keep her for my own wall but the owner sure wants her back. Can’t blame him. Water change day. Some heads are getting close to done and some a long ways to go. I am still taking paddlefish and all other kinds of heads. Just wanted to say happy Memorial Day to everyone and a huge thank you to those who have served or are still serving. You all are very appreciated for the things you have done and do so thank you from my family and many more. Hope everyone has a great long weekend.

If you can bring me heads that are prepared and and ready for the beetles there is a better shot at them turning out great. Couple things to keep in mind. Please don’t let them sit on the beach or in a cooler to long. They need to get cleaned up and frozen. the sooner the better. If you have more questions about the care reach out to me and we will figure out what’s best to do. I attached a video showing a fast easy way to prep your head so I hope it helps. Paddlefish season has started in North Dakota and I will be in the Williston area a few times by the end of the month. I keep forgetting to get pictures of the final product. Beautiful evening to get some finished and a couple pictures. Only a few heads left still working grease out. Before I know it paddlefish season will b here. Have a great week everyone and enjoy the weather.
