Loose leash walking is a skill that’s important for the mental, physical, and emotional well being of dogs and people. It’s best taught in person and one-on-one. Our training starts with an initial consultation which typically includes an explanation, demonstration, and doing loose leash walking.

Since Canine Care was established in 1992, we’ve continuously sought to improve the lives of dogs and people by learning from dogs and people. Completing this one year mentorship program with Turid Rugaas has been a significant step in that endeavor.
