Hello All,
Blanket washing season is gearing up. Here is the process for dropping off or us picking up at your barn:
Sweep off any clumps of dirt, hay, stink bugs, spiders whatever is clinging to your blankets. Open up the chest and belly straps and unhook tail straps so the blankets can be open for washing.
Look over your blankets for repairs you would like done. List those repairs on our Service Request form or a separate paper. “As needed” is different for every person so the more instructions the better. Nothing listed = no repairs.
Put your blankets in a strong bag or heavy duty trash bag. Put your name on the outside of each bag and place the Service Request form and your separate list of repairs inside each bag.
Service Request forms are inside the Drop Off shed. If a barn pick up, the Service Request forms should be available at your barn. Please contact me and I can email the Service Request form to you.
These small requests make a big difference to us and our processes. We strive to make it a seamless process and provide quality service.
Also this year I will be posting when we are at capacity and shop drop offs will be halted. Please check this page or text me before dropping off at the shop.
