A privately funded non-profit Dog Park in Glen Rock, New Jersey with free admission and open to all. It is the only park in the World dedicated to the 9/11 Search and Rescue Dogs. MISSION: To create an eco-friendly, aesthetically pleasing, community oriented, multi-generational, canine recreation park dedicated to the 9/11 Search and Rescue dogs. The park will incorporate leading edge recycling an

d energy conservation practices ~ solar panels, native plants, recycled materials ~ that we hope will serve as a catalyst for awareness and implementation in other communities across the country. In addition, the non-profit is dedicated to improve the lives of pet owners and their beloved animals by hosting educational seminars, pet adoptions days, companion animal training, AKC Canine Good Citizen Training and more!

URGENT SAFETY MESSAGE ‼️
Coyotes have been seen in the wooded area behind the Dog Park. Please exercise caution while at the park and/or on the Arboretum trails and please contact the GRPD if you see coyotes in the area. Thank You.

The Glen Rock Police Department has confirmed two coyote sightings today in the Dunham Place area and the wooded section behind Faber Field.
Residents are advised to maintain a safe distance from any coyotes and should not approach, follow, or attempt to interact with them.

Pets should be kept on a leash and closely supervised while outdoors. In both reported incidents today, two coyotes were observed together.

If you observe additional coyote activity, please report it to the Glen Rock Police Department.

Congratulations to the 2026 Glen Rock Dog Park Community Service Scholarship winner - ANNA HEUSS!
Anna will be attending the University of Michigan.

The scholarship was presented to Anna on 6/3/26 by Regina Scotti - GRMS Teacher and GRDP Board Member.
