It’s Pet Dental Health Awareness Month

🦷 Fact that surprises most pet parents:
Dental disease can affect your pet’s heart, liver, and kidneys—sometimes as early as age 3.
Routine dental cleanings aren’t just about fresh breath…They’re about whole-body health.

🐕🚶‍♀️Even if your dog plays in the yard and runs in the park, there are benefits to a good ol’ fashion walk.

Take a stroll with your best buddy and enjoy the added benefits of
🔸Stress relief – watching their curiosity and tail wags is a great mental escape.
🔸Mental stimulation – sniffing is a dog’s way of “seeing” the world. And yes, sometimes that can mean an hour to get down the block (“every….single…blade…of grass).
🔸Strengthen your bond – walking together is quality time that builds trust. You are in it together!

Share with us your favorite spots to walk with your dog below. 👇

🐾 Training doesn’t have to be tricky (get it?)! While we associate learning manners with puppies, any age is a good age to learn something new.
Training also can help with anxiety and it’s a great way to engage and bond with your pup!

Check out our tips on when and how to choose a trainer for your pet & share this post with friends who have a pet that could use some help!

😼Hi. It’s me. Your cat. I have heard that the dogs are trying to better themselves this year with some resolutions. Well, I can beat that! I will resolve to:

1. Knock fewer things off the counter. (No promises.)
2. Tolerate the dog…on Tuesdays.
3. Sharpen claws only on the scratching post. (In theory.)
4. Drink more water—maybe from an actual bowl.
5. Graciously allow you to believe you are in charge.

Is ‘living my best life’ at the top of your pet’s 2026 resolution list? 🐶🐱

One of the biggest factors in feeling good—moving easier, playing longer, staying comfortable—is a healthy weight. And you’re not alone if this is something you’re working on with your pet: more than half of dogs and cats are overweight.
The good news? Small changes can make a big difference!

Let’s kick off the New Year helping our pets feel their best—inside and out.
What’s one healthy habit you’re focusing on this year for your pet? 👇
