Hi everyone! My name is Jackie and I am a groomer. It has come to my attention that people are unhappy with our new “post Covid” policy. We have been trying very hard to accommodate all of our current customers and thought it would be unfair to them to start taking new dogs. Grooming is a very physical task and I am only human. I take my time and make sure every dog on my table is happy and beautiful. Trying to squeeze in and accommodate more people would not only cause my health to suffer but my work would too. We pride ourselves on maintaining a calm and loving environment for the dogs and always try to go above and beyond for our customers. We are sad to hear that people are unhappy but we will never sacrifice the safety of your dogs for the sake of business. We want everyone to know that we are trying to hire more people but it is not so easy to find professional yet patient groomers that groom at our standard. We are still trying to make everyone happy and so are the people who work here. All we ask is that you keep in mind that it is not the fault of the people answering the phones. They are our voices while we groom and there is simply is not enough time in the day. We are all trying our best and that is all any of us can do. Thanks for everyone’s patience and we will continue to provide all of your pups with style and love!
