Alright y’all, we need to talk 🐾

The no-shows have been getting a little out of hand lately. I love what I do, but empty appointment slots mean lost time and other pups missing out on a groom.

If it keeps happening, I’m going to have to start requiring a booking fee to lock in your appointment.

Life happens, I get it — just shoot me a message if you can’t make it. Ghosting your groomer isn’t the move 😅

I appreciate the ones who respect my time but this is just getting ridiculous…. 😭

This is not just a fun thing for me this is my livelihood. My job. If you don’t show up I don’t get paid. And also I have a 2yr old daughter id much rather be spending time with than sitting in an empty groom shop.

Just please, please be mindful of my time and effort to get your dog an appointment.

I love you all and your dogs. But I need a little help in return.

Right now I am booking in May if you need an appointment don’t wait until last minute to msg me! My best suggestion would be to book your appointment before you leave the shop.
Also if you have an appointment be aware I will not be able to schedule you back in asap if you don’t show up.
