We absolutely love caring for your pups and keeping them looking and feeling their best! To continue providing the quality service your dogs deserve, we kindly ask that all clients book grooming appointments well in advance.

• Our schedule is typically booked 4–6 weeks out
• Last-minute requests (1–2 weeks before needed) are often difficult to accommodate
• Squeezing in extra appointments can lead to longer days and added pressure, which impacts the quality and care we strive to give each dog
• Advance booking ensures your pup stays on a consistent grooming routine, which is healthier for their coat and skin

• Pre-book your next appointment at pick-up
• Set reminders for regular grooming intervals (every 4–8 weeks depending on your dog’s needs)
• Reach out early if you know you’ll need a specific date or time
