Today, with great regret, I put Rue {our REW Jersey Wooly} and Brownie {our Holland Lop brood Doe} down as they have been in some degrees of pain for a while. We are one step closer to closing our Rabbitery 😢😢😢

After a 10 year run, Cecilia and I have decided to get out of Rabbits. Since her medical issues are not improving and I have too crazy hours at FedEx, we can no longer provide the proper care and up keep. We have a few older bunnies that will possibly spend their last days in retirement with us. As we reach summertime there will be supplies and cages available. Most of our bunnies are past breeding stage but would make good pets. Thank you for all the Rabbit Community has done for us!

Frankie, our Blue eyed Polish, passed away this morning. He was a wonderful little guy, whom I had won in a raffle 9 years ago. R.I.P. my little friend.

Friday, Joy, our first Rabbit, passed away, she was 10+years old. We had drove down to Castle Rock, Colorado in March of 2015 to pick her up, along with a male Dutch to begin our adventures in raising rabbits. RIP Gramma Joy.

Lost another of our older brood Does this morning. Asia, passed away, RIP little one.

Today, we lost Luna, our newest Holland Lop Doe, she died delivering a DOA Kit, not sure how many more kits were in her at her passing. India, our other young, bred Doe, has given us 1 kit so far, not sure if she will have any more.

Update : The Kit i believed to be India's may actually have been from Luna, as we found it on the floor below her cage.

Emmitt, our little Polish, passed away yesterday. RIP little one.

We have some extra cages available for sale. 24x24, 3 per stack, with drop pans, platforms and casters. Some of the casters may need to be replaced to roll better. Asking $125 per stack, I will try to finish cleaning.

Holland Lop, Brownie, had a litter of 6 yesterday, 1 was still borne, other 5 were scattered on the wire with 1 in the box. All 5 were snug and warm this morning.

Ditto had 3 stillborn kits this morning, we will try again this weekend. Have had a rough last 3 litters, all passing away or stillborn
