I want to help more people like me discover a love for mustangs and how impactful they can be for mental health. This is why I want to host 5-day healing intensives in all 50 states with my next project- Fifty Shades of Bay.

PS- Phineas is a true living legend. IYKYK ❤️🙏

When Lisanne Fear sat down to write a su***de note, she couldn't bring herself to part with a mustang named Phineas. Her love for Phineas grew into a…

Please make sure you go follow Fifty Shades of Bay and comment your state on the original post ❤️

50-STATE ROLL CALL! 🇺🇸

Let's see how far the Fifty Shades of Bay herd reaches.

We're starting at home in Wyoming, which means we've got 49 states left to find.

Comment the state you live in below. 👇

I'll fill in the map as each state checks in—and we'll keep posting updates until we've heard from someone in all 50 states.

Fifty Shades of Bay is preparing to travel across the country, riding 50 miles in every state and bringing our mission into communities along the way. When we eventually reach your state, we'd love to know there are already members of the Herd waiting for us.

And if you see a state still missing? Tag a friend who lives there or share this post and help us find them.

Wyoming is officially on the board. Who's next?

🐴 STATE #1/50: WYOMING

These girls would make for a fantastic team!

Both are 14.2hh. Both are from Fifteen Mile, HMA... They're both on the online auction with only 4 hours left (Auction ends 4pm MST 9/14) and no bids... And they're located in Wheatland.

Anyone want to sponsor their feed & board and help me help them find a good home out of holding?

https://wildhorsesonline.blm.gov/animals/19863167

Their adoption fee is $125 each...
Board Monthly $105 per horse...
Feed monthly ~$200 per horse...

Fuel to go get them ~$210 round trip back to Gillette, WY.

So adoption fee + board + feed + fuel = $1070 for transport & one month of care.

I am already approved to adopt... and I can transfer the paperwork once they find a good home.

Anyone want to help these girls get a life out of holding? I'd provide the halter training once they got here to help them find a good home.

*These are not in danger of going to slaughter if they are not adopted. They are slated to go to long term holding if not adopted in this auction.*

Well... I've been alluding to my next big project... and here it is!
Plan is to ride 50 miles and host a 5 day healing intensive in all 50 states... This is going to take about 2.5-3 years to complete.
Mission name: Fifty Shades of Bay
Launch date: September 1, 2027
Location: TBD
I am going to need a lot of help putting this one together, so please feel free to share and invite people to the page!
Also, if you have suggestions or ideas on where we should ride, host a healing intensive, or screen the documentary 5000 Miles 5000 Mustangs Documentary in each of the 50 states, please go to the website and fill out a submission form on the expedition page:
https://www.fiftyshadesofbay.org/the-expedition

Meet the beginning of Fifty Shades of Bay.

That's Uno on the right and B.E.E.F. on the left—two of the Original Five mustangs who will help carry this mission across America.

Today, there are five.

-Uno. B.E.E.F. Clifford. Ernest. Kuzco.-

Together, they're preparing for something pretty damn big.

My last big project included riding 5000 miles across America to inspire and educate the adoption of 5000 mustangs... I am still riding for the mustangs, but this time, the mustangs and I are showing up for the people too.

Beginning September 1, 2027, Fifty Shades of Bay will travel across all 50 states, riding 50 miles in each state to raise awareness for America's mustangs and hosting five-day horse-centered Healing Intensives designed to help people discover another way forward.

Over the next year, you'll get to be a part of helping this mission come together. And everything it takes to get five mustangs—and one enormous idea—to the starting line.

Mustangs + People = Purpose.

Welcome to Fifty Shades of Bay.

Welcome to the Herd.

If you want to check out more about what I have going on, please visit the website at fiftyshadesofbay.org

Also, if you know of places that we should ride, show the documentary, or host a 5 day healing intensive, please fill out the form found on the expedition page of the webpage.
We're going to need suggestions for all 50 states! 😘

It’s my wedding anniversary but this is my horse page… so this post is to highlight my mustangs (and burro) who took part in the celebration 🥰.

Fun fact: my husband hasn’t rode a horse since we attempted to date back in high school. 🤣

They just met this morning, and instantaneously became best friends.

Has this ever happened to you?

I am feeling super grateful that these two are getting along so well. I can’t wait to introduce them to the other 3 herd members for my new project. ❤️
