Attention Members!

We have scheduled 2 work days next weekend:

Saturday March 28 and Sunday March 29

11:00 AM - ?

Please join us to help get some of the projects completed and prepare for the upcoming show season.

We need to paint the clubhouse and fence, clean up the grounds around the arena, paint the club entrance sign, and many more….

If you know of any 4-H clubs, FFA clubs, or members that need community service hours - send them over!

Attention MCWR Members!!!

Get ready for the 2026 Season…..

Board meeting scheduled:

February 15th at 11:00 AM at the clubhouse building at the MCWR grounds.

Open to all 2025 members.

Open Board and Lead Committee positions for the 2026 season will be nominated for and voted on by all members in attendance at the meeting.

Open Board positions are held for a 2 year term - the following positions open:

President
Vice President
Secretary

Open Lead Committee positions are held for a 2 year term - the following positions are open:

Concessions Lead
Grounds Lead

Once the new board for 2026 and lead committee members are nominated and in place the 2026 show schedule will be determined.
