Jeff was posing next to his pile of fur today after his groom. He’s being fostered at Mickey and Stephanie's Furhaven and was the sweetest boy for his very first groom today. He’s adoptable, crate trained, knows basic commands, and is very friendly with anything he meets.

After her groom today, Ruby is feeling cute. Might go jump in a mud puddle later…she’s not sure.

Brutus came in for his first groom today!
Puppies are always a test of patience for their first visit to the groomers. It’s a lot for them to take in. New place, new smells, and a ton of new experiences. They are always so crafty and usually try every trick in the book to get down off the table and back to exploring and play.
Patience is key. It’s important that during their first visit they learn that their antics don’t work and that the more calm they are, the faster they can be done. Usually after their second or third visit, they are pros on the table.
Brutus loved his trick of climbing the loop but eventually learned that getting his front legs done wasn’t as scary as he first thought.
He left able to see and ready to go back to play!
