Evening everybody! It's been a while since I've posted on the farm. We are STILL here. We are Still growing mushrooms every week. We normally have Black pearl king oysters, Lions mane and Phoenix oysters every week. If anybody is interested in the freshest mushrooms you can get, get a hold of us, either by phone or messenger. We have lots of recipes, just ask. Thanks all. Stay warm this weekend!

Happy Monday!!! We are getting back into the swing of things. As of this morning our ENTIRE breakfast menu is back! Thats right; sausage gravy and biscuits, hash, omelettes, big three, fill your plate, and everything but the kitchen sink!!

As our new normal we will be using a three mushroom blend for anything to do with mushrooms. We have buttons, shiitakes, and a local grown. Each week the local type will change. This week they are phoenix oysters. The local mushrooms are grown by Oak Shire Farm in Gilbertsville NY.
