It's Foster Friday and this week's bundle of adorable is Mobbie!

Mobbie is an adorable 4-year-old, 25-pound Terrier mix who recently joined us and is ready to find his forever home!

This sweet guy has a wonderful combination of gentle and playful. He enjoys playing with toys, but he’s equally happy simply hanging out with his favorite humans and soaking up their attention.

Want to win Mobbie over? Belly rubs are an excellent place to start! He’s a big fan of them, and he also enjoys being brushed—especially when it means a little extra one-on-one time with his humans.

With his gentle nature, playful spirit, and love of companionship, Mobbie is ready to become someone’s new best friend. Come meet him and see if that someone might be you!

To get started in the process of meeting Mobbie, please visit https://azfriends.org/testing/adopt.html to complete an adoption consultation form, and then come by the Adoption Center, located at 952 W. Melody Ave in Gilbert, to meet with one of our adoption counselors.

🚛💪🐾 EARLY WARNING TO THE RESCUE! 🎃❤️

There's a LOT that goes into making BARKtoberfest happen, and today an amazing group of volunteers from Early Warning showed up ready to tackle one BIG job!

These wonderful folks rolled up their sleeves and helped us load our big box truck with all the supplies and equipment needed to bring BARKtoberfest to life this Saturday!

And trust us… that's a LOT of stuff! 😅📦

When you're a volunteer-powered animal rescue with just three paid staff members, having community partners who are willing to donate their time, energy, and muscle power is an absolute gift!

To our incredible friends at Early Warning, THANK YOU for doing the heavy lifting — quite literally! 💪❤️

Your generosity and teamwork helped us check one HUGE task off our BARKtoberfest preparation list, and we couldn't be more grateful.

The animals may never know how many hands it takes to make this event possible, but WE DO! 🐶🐱❤️

Please join us in giving this fantastic group a BIG round of applause! 👏👏👏

✨🐾 AN EXTRA-SPECIAL BARKTOBERFEST THANK YOU! 🐾✨

Every great party needs someone who helps make the magic happen, and we are incredibly proud to welcome Sparkle Grooming Co. back as the Presenting Sponsor of the 28th Annual BARKtoberfest! 🎃🐶❤️

BARKtoberfest is Friends for Life’s biggest party of the year — a day filled with dogs, families, adoptions, activities, contests, vendors and plenty of tail-wagging fun — but most importantly, it’s a fundraiser that helps us continue caring for the animals who depend on us while they wait for their forever homes.

And partners like help make it all possible.

Their generous support of Friends for Life and BARKtoberfest means so much to us, and we couldn’t be more grateful to have them standing beside us again this year as our Presenting Sponsor.

So when you join us on Halloween, please help us give an extra-big BARKtoberfest THANK YOU to the wonderful team at Sparkle Grooming Co.! 💕🐾
