💲Why Our Prices Are Higher - And Why That Matters
We want to be open and transparent about our pricing because your trust matters to us. You may notice that our prices are higher than some other grooming salons. This isn't about being expensive for the sake of it - its about creating something sustainable for both our clients and groomers.

😮‍💨The Reality of Grooming Prices
For decades, dog grooming has been undervalued and underpriced. Many salons have felt pressure to keep costs as low as possible, which often leaves groomers underpaid for the highly skilled, physically demanding work they do. To make ends meet, many groomers are pushed to take on too many dogs a day, often skipping lunch, working long hours and going home exhausted.

😰 The Cost of Burnout
This cycle leads to high burnout. Talented groomers leave the industry every year, not because they don't love the dogs, but because the financial and physical toll becomes unsustainable. Burnout is real, and it's one of the biggest reasons why grooming is becoming a 'dying breed' profession.

At our salon, we refuse to cut corners. We schedule enough time with each dog to ensure safety, comfort, and quality. Please consider donating or volunteering. The work that Chained Dogs Mke Inc does is critical. They care for dogs in the grey area of current protection measures in Wisconsin. dogs who are technically fed yet starving. Who technically have shelter, but is a wooden box or a clear container in 100 degree heat. Who technically have a water bowl but it’s empty. Who technically have a home but no dog or human interaction and are swarmed by flies. These dogs live on the line every day and this rescue is doing what they can with what resources they have to continue caring for these dogs.
If you can spare anything, they would sure appreciate it.

🚨 ‼️ Attention JennaFurs fur family! ‼️🚨 I’d like to introduce you JennaFurs first official foster dog, Lucky 🍀🥰 Lucky was thankfully rescued by Chained Dogs Mke Inc. Before they got Lucky, he spent most of his time confined to a crate in the attic where he was barely fed or taken outside. Now, Lucky spends his days at Jenna’Furs with us where he gets tons of sunshine, love, walks, treats, beds and good boy scratches. He still has a long way to go. He is still thin and malnourished and is healing the wounds on his legs from being in too small of a crate. But boy, is Lucky a special boy. After everything he’s been through, he is the sweetest, gentlest, loving boy and we’re so honored to be the ones to nurse him back to health. We love you Lucky. ❤️

Feel free to stop by and meet Lucky! He would love to say hello. He’s also very excited to greet everyone at their appointment. 😊
