✨️Happy New Year!!✨️
With the new year, comes new changes!
🔸️A few reminders first:
-We are still not accepting any new pets at this time.
-Also, the door remains locked until the time we open. Yes we are in the building, but we are setting up for the day. Please do not bang on the door or try to rip the door handle off. We have cameras so we see you & we will unlock the door when it is time to open.
🔸️Next....
-We very rarely charge for missed appointments, because we understand that life happens. However, not showing up for an appointment or canceling last minute when we call you for a reminder the day before gives us no chance to fill that spot & therefore we make no money for that allotted time. To continue scheduling 1 on 1 appointments we must start implementing our 24 hour cancelation policy fee of $20. After 3 strikes we will no longer be able to schedule appointments for you. We schedule 4-8 weeks out & with smart phones at everyone's fingertips there should not be this many "I forgot" calls.
-Please also be advised that due to rising costs & to continue providing premium products for your pets, there will be a price increase on many of our services.
-Any pets with live fleas on them will automatically be treated with Flea Shampoo & there will be a $20 fee added onto your bill. We know fleas can be difficult to get rid of so we offer you time and solutions to get the problem under control. However, after 3 consecutive times of coming in with fleas we will have to refuse service until the problem is resolved to ensure the well being of other pets in the building.
-Gland expression is $12 added onto the groom & is ONLY done when requested.
- Lastly, all vet prescribed shampoo will be an additional $10 to apply as these baths do require more time.
