🐾 To our valued clients,

With the rising costs of operating a small business, we have made the difficult decision to adjust our grooming prices beginning August 1st.

Rather than simply increasing prices and offering the same service, we wanted to make sure you receive added value for your money. Because of this, we will no longer be offering a Basic Groom package. All grooming appointments will increase by $15, and you will be able to choose ONE of the following upgrades:

✨ Spa Day Package (upgraded shampoo & conditioner, teeth brushing, and a bag of treats)

✨ A**l Gland Expression

✨ Furminator Deshedding Treatment

✨ Nail Grinding

💜 For clients who already receive one or more of these add-on services, your overall price will remain the same! This change simply rolls those services into your grooming package.

As a small, family-owned business, this was not a decision we made lightly. We understand that times are tough for everyone right now, and we truly appreciate every client who continues to trust us with their pets.

If this change means you need to make other arrangements for your furry family member, we completely understand. We are all doing our best to navigate the rising costs of everyday life and keep our businesses, families, and households afloat.

We kindly ask that all communication regarding these changes remain respectful. Small businesses everywhere are facing difficult decisions, and we're simply doing our best to continue providing the quality care your pets deserve.
