HUMBLED.

Somehow, I must be at the top of someone’s favorite list to even have this nomination again for the third year, and I’m truly humbled. This past year wasn’t my biggest for sales - I made major life changes, started some new side hustles I genuinely love, and leaned deeper into what I believe is the heart of this business: relationships.

I also spent much of this past year collaborating and creating alongside other realtors - helping them grow their businesses, sharing ideas, crafting strategies, and cheering each other on. I’ve found so much fulfillment in lifting others up and building community within our industry.

Real estate has never been just about closing transactions for me. Being involved in our community, giving back, and showing up for our neighbors is just as important - if not more - than any sale I could ever close.
I’m proud to continue serving on the Community Education & Outreach Committee, and I’m honored to have been selected for the small but mighty RPAC Committee, surrounded by some of the best and brightest in our industry.

The truth is, I may not sell 60 homes a year or list million-dollar properties every day - and that’s okay. That was never my goal. I received a new referral last week - from my loyal, incredible clients. It was the perfect reminder: I am so loved. My people are for me just as much as I am for them. And THAT is the biggest win I could ever ask for.

I know this is “just” a simple award — a click of a button — but it means a lot to be nominated alongside such incredible company. Twelve of us are from
- a true testament to the community and support I’m so lucky to have.

A good realtor does far more than sell real estate.
I believe in giving generously, loving my community deeply, and doing much of it quietly behind the scenes.

Spring is here. Can you feel it?!

I’m an autumn girl through and through, but spring has really been making me rethink that these last few weeks.

Concerts, dog parks, home improvement projects, country road drives - and all the spring blooms. There’s just something extra special about spring in the Bluegrass State. Kentucky really comes alive this time of year. (Peep the pic of me headed to the Tyler Childers concert like a true Kentuckian - boots, vibes, and all.)

It’s also the season of fresh starts, and that includes fresh doors opening. If you’re thinking about buying, selling, or just dreaming, I’m always here to talk real estate over tea or a strong coffee.

I’m tucked into one of my favorite parts of Lexington, sipping something sweet and scouting out the best breakfast bites in town. Home of biscuits, good vibes, and a morning menu that never misses.

Be honest, how many REALTORS do you know?

Wait, don’t tell me 🫠

I get it. There are SO MANY of us, and most people know at least 2 or 3 personally to choose from.

So how do you make your decision?

My best advice: choose the Realtor that you feel best about (even if it’s not me).

If you hired me, I know you’d be happy with me and I know I’d take great care of you...but I also know that your transaction is not about me. It’s about doing what’s best for you.

Live your life by design. Your design.

You can build the life you want—but it takes work, time, dedication, consistency, and an unshakable belief in yourself.

Almost a year ago, I stopped playing small. I locked in, got intentional, and committed to real change. And while I’m still in the process of redesigning my life, one thing is clear - I’m happier. My health is better. My smile is brighter. I’m becoming a better friend and parent. And the opportunities that keep showing up? They feel limitless.

Change is uncomfortable. Change is scary. But change is worth it. And guess what, YOU are worth it.

We get ONE life. Just one. So why aren’t we running like we’re on fire toward our wildest dreams?

2025 brings a lot of change for me.
Bittersweet changes, but necessary ones.

This year, I wanted to challenge myself. I’ve been on a health journey for almost a year now, and I’m always looking for new ways to continue that growth—because mental and emotional health are just as important as physical health.

So, I decided to take on 45 hikes this year—one for every year of my age 🫣. Some will be grand and challenging, others quick and easy, but I’m committed. Three hikes down, 42 to go… better get moving!

If you haven’t been to McConnell Springs, tucked right in the heart of Lexington, add it to your list. It’s peaceful, beautiful, and easily accessible—perfect for a quick escape into nature.

If you’ve listened to , you know that hiking the Berea Pinnacles was on my 2025 bucket list!

Today I was able to cross it off the list with a short visit to scope it out. The wind was windy, the steep incline was extra steep, the company was stellar, the views were impeccable, and survival was briefly questionable—but nobody died, so we’ll call it a win.

What’s next? Raven Run? Jessamine Creek Gorge? Cove Spring?
