Sweet Potato Dog Training

We LOVE Firehouse in Round Rock! Atreus has just started working on cooperative care for his intense fear at vet offices and being handled. We started the muzzle training first with the fantastic muzzles from Trust Your Dog. Sweet Atreus woke up with bad ear pain and we needed to quickly get him into the vet. I was able to accompany him to help. We decided the best thing would be to give him some sleepy meds to be able to do a full exam and get all his yearly shots out of the way since we were there.

Dr. Moremon and the firehouse team is so awesome working with fearful dogs! We do our best in the meantime with training, but some things come up where we need to ensure we can make the dogs feel safe and the less stress as possible. An excellent visit to give Atreus the help he needed!

Tongues out Tuesday! It was a fun day at San Gabriel Park before the storm! It is a great spot to practice leash skills and working around squirrels and ducks! ❤️

Isn't Tucker so handsome?! I'm currently hanging out with him while his owners can enjoy a show in downtown Austin!

Some pups need a little extra to help make sure they feel safe and comfortable. I have been working with Tucker for a little bit now and I'm so happy with his improvements already! With the help from a Veterinary Behaviorist, it can make a world of difference!

Niles and Blanche are one of my favorite duos to work with! We are working on a lot of big feelings for them and tney are doing fantastic. They have such great and loving owners! ❤️

Niles and Blanche are practicing Magic Mat for the first time!

Blanche already loves her bed but when she realized she also gets cookies for being on it, she never wanted to leave 🤣

Harley Rose is learning some manners on leash when she sees other dogs. She just gets excited and wants to play soooo bad 😂. She lives in the Domain so there are dogs everywhere. She has been doing fantastic with every session and walks have been getting easier and easier for her Dad! 🙌 Go Team Harley! ❤️
