We are happy to share that Beau has found his perfect match. He now lives with a loving family on 5 acres out in the country. They even gave him a job guarding goats! He is thriving. Thank you all who helped him in his search.

Are you looking for a gentle giant to join your family? Our 17-month-old Pyrenees mix Lab, is searching for a new home where he can thrive. With his calm demeanor and loving personality, he's perfect for a family with children. He has been raised alongside two kids under 5 years old and a baby, and has never shown aggression towards them or adults.

He gets along well with horses, cows, and goats, cats, and loves playing with other dogs, making him a great addition to a multi-pet household. While he hasn't been tested around chickens, his gentle nature suggests he'll likely be fine.

He has been well-cared for, with all vaccinations, heartworm, flea, and tick prevention up to date. He's also microchipped! Weighting 85 pounds, he's a big boy with a gentle soul. While he's a large dog, he's not high-maintenance and he prefers to spend all day outside. He's a relaxed puppy who doesn't jump or run frantically.

As a Pyreneese mix, he has a strong guardian instinct. He takes his job seriously, barking to protect his family and home. This has led to some noise complaints from neighbors, and we've tried to manage the situation. However, we realize he needs a rural setting where he can freely guard and bark without disturbing others.

We're heartbroken to re-home him, but we want what's best for him. He deserves a home with space to roam and guard. If you're willing to provide a loving and suitable environment, please message us on Facebook Messenger. We'll be happy to answer any questions.

A rehoming fee of $50 is requested to ensure commitment from the adopter. You will donate the fee to Austin Pets Alive, the shelter that rescued him from parvovirus. Help us find his forever home!
