We made it in The Sun! 🐰

This past month our bunnies spent three days at the Carver Center for Families with the wonderful folks at A Gift of Time, and Brad Stutzman came out to write about it. The photos say it all.

David Caudill held Cindy Lou on his birthday. Rusty Lowe and Linda Herbert both fell for Flopsy and kept saying they couldn’t believe how soft she was. Heather Griffith Peterson got cozy with Ms. Teddywinkle, and Henry Bracamontez made a friend in Mopsey.

This is exactly why Cottontail Wonders exists. A few minutes with a soft, calm bunny in your lap changes the whole room. You can see it on people’s faces.

🐰 Day 2 of the Great Texas Bunny Evacuation… 🧺

The storm is gone.
The electricity is back.
But the chaos?
The chaos remains. 😂

Laundry room status:
• hay distribution system fully activated
• bunny sprinkles EVERYWHERE
• towels have become flooring
• personal space no longer exists
• morale is strangely high

Meanwhile the bunnies are acting like this is a luxury spa retreat and not an emergency relocation. 🤍

At this point, I just work here.

Power’s out. Bunnies are judging us. Laundry room is now officially the Emergency Bunny Shelter. 🐰⚡ Texas storms hit different when you’ve got five very unimpressed bunnies to relocate. We’ve got hay, water, cozy spots, and each other, so basically we’re winning. Stay safe out there, Georgetown! 🤍
