Treat the pair to an unforgettable day of tuxes, tail wags and treats! Secure your spot for Boomer’s doggy prom on May 16!🪩

Don’t have a dog tux or dress laying around? No worries! We will dress your dog in a tux collar/bowtie bandana, and for the girls, we will have pearls and tutu skirts available for their big photoshoot. If your dog has their own outfit you’d like them to wear, feel free to send that along for pictures!

The photo and event are included with a half or full day of daycare, and there will be an optional prom pup cup available for $5.

Did you know that we are the ONLY Fear-Free Certified Boarding/Daycare in the area? This certification means that we use only positive reinforcement methods, and are trained to prevent and alleviate fear, anxiety, and stress in pets, ensuring they have a comfortable stay.

To become certified, boarding and daycare professionals are required to complete a comprehensive educational course and exam, and they also have to take continuing education to remain certified.

As a dog-loving family that are dog parents ourselves, your dog’s safety and comfort is of upmost importance to us! We apply these positive reinforcement and comfort methods so that we can help make sure that your furry family member feels safe and at home with us during their stay.

Fear Free’s boarding and daycare certification program teaches professionals how to utilize positive training methods to ensure that the boarding and daycare experience is as enjoyable as possible for every pet, every time, and we are excited to be a part of that.❤️🐾

Our Story

The Water Bowl is not a typical kennel or dog-sitting service. In fact, we rarely get the chance to sit, because we pay a lot of attention to our furry guests, whether they are here for daycare or overnight boarding. The Water Bowl has lots of space for pets to play and exercise, with six different daycare areas so that dogs can be grouped according to size, play style and energy level. Our trained staff members make sure that dogs are engaged and happy, and we strive to minimize bad behavior and nuisance barking. We all use the same training methods and hand signals so that dogs receive consistent direction. We get to know each dog by name and personality. At The Water Bowl, you can choose from an array of services so that your pet will receive individualized care. We are also committed to animal welfare in our community. We work closely with a local rescue service to assist with foster care and adoption as well as participate in fundraising for a number of other animal organizations. We hope that our commitment to the highest quality of pet care is the reason why dogs and their families love to gather at The Water Bowl.
