☘️ Clover Update ☘️

Clover was discharged from the ICU yesterday and is doing great! Unexpected hospital visits like this take a huge hit on small rescues. Her total hospitalization cost was just over $4000. We will be on an intake hold until we raise funds and are more financially stable. If you are able to donate, every little bit helps.

Happy St Patrick’s Day! ☘️

We wish it was more happy for Clover. Clover came to us last week and went to a foster to adopt home this weekend. Today she started not feeling herself today and off to the vet she went. Unfortunately she tested positive for parvo, despite having her initial vaccines. She’s currently being cared for at the ER. Please keep this little sweetie pie in your thoughts.
Parvo is scary and is expensive to treat. We will do everything to make sure she’s okay and comfortable. If you want to donate to Clover’s care, you can Venmo us or donate on the link below.

Meet Chester!

Chester is a Schnauzer mix that is around 8-10 years old. He is neutered, will be microchipped, up to date on age appropriate vaccines, heartworm tested and started on flea/heartworm prevention. Chester hasn’t had the best life. He was dropped off and abandoned at our vets office lobby. He was dirty, covered in fleas and had matted fur. Since then he has been groomed, bathed and given much needed tlc. He is a sweet boy that is crate and house trained. He gets along with dogs and cats. He knows sit and lay down. He is 28 lbs. Cheers to 8 years in rescue! Thank you to everyone that has made the past 8 years possible for us! We are so thankful for our adopters, fosters, rescue partners, veterinary clinics, volunteers and supporters. Thank you so much! ❤️🐶🐱

One year ago today Izzy was returned to us. Since then she has had ZERO inquires and ZERO applications. We knew that finding a home where she is the only pet would be a challenge but we aren’t giving up on her! We know her forever home is out there. Please share Izzy! She is such a great dog and deserves a home of her own.

Thank you to everyone that came to the flea market on Saturday and braved the cold! 🥶
Thanks to everyone’s generosity we made a total of $383 or $191.50/per rescue! Thank you to some very special individuals that donated items and made jewelry for the event!

Izzy Update!

Izzy’s biopsy came back as a grade 2 mast cell tumor. They were able to get good margins and said that the cells didn’t look to be divided as well so that’s good news! We will just have to keep an eye on her and make sure no new growths appear. She got her stitches out yesterday and was so happy! She was all smiles! Thanks again to everyone that helped with this sweet girls surgery!
