The is very disappointed this year not bringing home the green ribbon this year. They busted ass all spring but ran into some meaty tests and bad luck. We will be back preparing for even more bad luck in the fall.

The young crew made it to AmberJack Farms HRC this past weekend and did fairly well. Big thanks to Jack and Amber Johnson for the beautiful property and hosting the test. Glen and Pat for challenging finished tests and great bird placement. Thanks to Gil and Tim for putting up with the crazy young seasoned dogs and challenging them as well. The birds techs were good as well.

Had a great week at Flint Oak Labrador Retriever Club. Many thanks to the staff for the hospitality at the lodge. The property was amazing and the restaurant and waitstaff is fantastic. Dan and Missy Heard are great hosts and thank you for putting the test together. The judges: Pam Dennis, Elbert Traylor, Sherri Rains, and Larry Kimble put together some challenging tests. The bird boys know what they were doing. If you get a chance to enter, don’t pass it up!
