Here is the practice schedule. There is 5 minutes between team Time slots, so please exit the arena on time so the next team can start on time. I'm glad we were able to get practice times that work for every team. Thank you for working with me.

Here is the stall and RV assignments. Hope this makes check-in run smoothly. Some teams specified if they needed 30 amp or 50 amp hook-ups. If you need something different than I have you assigned, we will try and fix it when you get to the expo tomorrow. Please give me a call at 936-559-8222 when you know about what time you will be arriving so I can have someone meet you there to check coggins and get you situated. Pre-ordered shavings will be labelled, on a pallet next to your grouping of stalls . Please do not take shavings that don't belong to your team. There will be extra shavings to purchase if you need more. I will be re-posting the arena practice times, so those evening spots will change slightly. I removed the 5 minutes transition time between teams to allow one more practice slot so all the teams would get some arena time. Thank you for your quick response for the practice schedule. Doing the group text was the best way I could find to make sure everyone saw the post immediately and could try and get a practice time that works. Short amount of practice time and lots of teams makes it hard to squeeze everyone in. Hopefully it will all work for everyone. Here's the Practice Schedule for Friday evening. Please make sure you have exited the arena when your scheduled time is over so the next team doesn't have to wait and miss some of their scheduled time. thanks

Here is the schedule for 2025 Drill in the Pines. Please review and make sure I have your teams entered in the correct divisions. I have tried to distribute the teams so each team has maximum time between each of their runs. Some are quick turn overs, but I didn't really see any better way of getting more time. Let me know if you see something that's not right. thanks.

Please snap a picture of your form before mailing and send it to me at 936-559-8222 so we can get the schedule put together as soon as possible. If you would like to pay through PayPal, please use the friends or family option so there are not any extra fees, make a note as to the team name, what it's for, and use [email protected]. T-shirts will be on purple with the awesome new design introduced last year. I hope all of you have been able to squeeze practice in around the weather so far. We had a huge turn-out last year and are anticipating another great competition this year.

Sorry for the late notice. We have been asked if we are having a drill masters meeting. We can meet in the announcers booth at 7:30 for those that can make it.

I hope this is all correct. Here is the updated Stall/RV map. This is such a great year for Drill. We have the most teams ever attending drill in the Pines. We have actually reserved every single stall....plus a few "not stall" stalls. Wranglers ends up needing 2 more stalls, so if there are any teams that have any horses not coming that they were expecting, leaving any open stalls, please comment. Thanks for working together to make this a smoothly running event.
