🦟 While dogs are at a greater risk of infection, the infection rate of cats is up to 20%

If you are unsure if your pet is current on a heartworm test or has not been taking heartworm preventatives, please give us a call!

In abundance of caution for our staff and clients we have made the decision to remain closed for the day. Unfortunately the roads leading to the clinic are still dicey at this point. If you had an appointment for today, we will be reaching out to reschedule. Everyone please stay safe and warm! ❄️

We will be closely monitoring the road situation tomorrow morning to make a call about when/if we will be able to open tomorrow! As always our top priority is the safety of our staff and clients. We want to be sure that everyone can make it to the clinic safely. Everyone stay warm and feel free to add photos of your babies enjoying the snow! Weather Update for 1/26 and 1/27:

We will be opening today at 12 pm as planned however, we will be closing at 4pm to ensure everyone makes it home safe before dark.

Tomorrow (1/27) we will be operating on a delay and opening at 10am.

With the winter weather moving in, we plan to be closed Monday morning and are hoping to open at 12 PM, depending on conditions.

We’ll be closely monitoring the weather, and if roads are still icy or unsafe past that time, we will remain closed for the day and continue to provide updates here.

If you had plans to come in for an appointment or pickup, please call us Monday after 12 PM to confirm we are open.

We’ll keep posting updates as the ice storm develops this weekend and into next week.
