Looking back on this page, it’s crazy how much I’ve learned over the years. Some of it, I’m like “why, JD?!?” But I keep it around to remind me where I came from. I will always strive to improve my knowledge and skill set. One thing that hasn’t changed is that I want to give my dogs the best life I possibly can.

First 48 hours I keep the pups nursing as much as possible. After that I leave it up to the mom and pups…

This is Betty. She belongs to our employee Rachel Combs. She is such a cute and well behaved little girl! Her and her curly Q tail!

Von Bear K9 is looking for volunteers to help train our puppies that we are going to donate to veterans. The primary focus will be on relationship building and group structured walks and hikes, and of course training the tasks. If you would like to help or learn how to train dogs, please message me and we can set up a time for you to come meet the pack.
