I am gonna start Mother’s Day early this year. I added “ You’re so Vain” to this post. I remember Mom used to sing this when it came on the radio you used to say “do you hear Mick Jagger‘s voice in the background can’t you hear it?” I lost you five years ago you are my rock. You kept me in line no matter what happened you always had my back. I may have disappointed you at times, but I promise I will make you proud. Some of the goals we started I did achieve and some I am still working towards. I know you’re always looking over me and making sure that I’m OK. I do miss you very much. A day has not go by that you are not in my thoughts and in my heart, I love you.❤️

Here we have some 1 for 1 counters adding in the rear hand. We are building a rhythm with our partner to develop neural plasticity, muscle memory with various techniques. In Kali we call these techniques, defang the snake, which means strike the opponents attacking hand and or limb. Attribute training can be done by placing various techniques into a drill format. Here we use Sumbrada or shadowing with disarming clearing techniques. Disarms are more accidental if not incidental to qoute G**o Rick Faye and Sifu Vunak, but can be accomplished by softening up your opponent.
