THERAPEUTIC HEALING, STRENGTHENING, CONDITIONING, AND TRAINING
In-Ground AquaTread
Tahoe Equine’s in ground HydroHorse Aqua Treadmill is a 46’ long pool featuring a 10’ treadmill with water jets. Submerged treadmill systems are a high-tech engineered combination of a treadmill, whirlpool, and swimming pool. This is a versatile piece of equipment ideal for low-impact exercise for both recovery and

conditioning!RECOVER FROM INJURY, MANAGE INFLAMMATION, AND MORE

Salt Water Spa
The Nautilus Salt Water Spa at Tahoe Equine offers cold water therapy to the horse’s lower legs, aiding in recovery from injuries, managing inflammation, and more. This is excellent for treating ligament injuries, like suspensories, and for hoof problems. It can also be a valuable tool for preventing injuries in performance horses by controlling inflammation after intensive training. SAFE, NATURAL MOVEMENT IN A CONTROLLED ENVIRONMENT

8-Horse Eurociser
Tahoe Equine’s new facility offers an 80’ Centaur Eurociser that can exercise 8 horses at consistent speeds ranging from a walk to a full gallop. Unlike traditional hot walker designs, the Eurociser style allows the horse to move freely in its compartment at its own speed without being pulled forward. This natural movement in a safe, controlled environment is outstanding for rebuilding strength following injury. Our Eurociser is always used to warm up the horses before use of the AquaTread. ENHANCE THE BODY’S NATURAL ABILITY TO HEAL ITSELF

RLT Regenerative Laser
Regenerative Laser Therapy (RLT) uses short, high energy pulses that create acoustic waves deep in the tissue. These powerful waves stimulate the growth factors and are proven to help with:

Repair of ligament and tendon lesions
Reduction of scar tissue within and around tendons
Normalization of muscle fibers and function
Analgesia
Anti-Inflammatory processes
Collagen production
Cell proliferation
NON-INVASIVE TREATMENT FOR SOFT TISSUE AND BONE ISSUES

A bit of a delayed post, but one well worth sharing—June’s Distal Limb Dissection was an exceptional day from start to finish. It’s taken us a little time to sit down and reflect, as the season has kept us busy, but this event is one we haven’t stopped thinking about.

We were proud to welcome such a strong turnout and a group of attendees whose curiosity, engagement, and dedication to advancing their knowledge made the experience truly meaningful.

Opportunities like this—where hands-on learning meets thoughtful discussion—are at the heart of what we strive to provide. It’s a privilege to create a space where education and professional growth come together in a way that directly benefits the horses we serve.

We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who joined us and contributed to the success of this event. Your participation is what makes these experiences so impactful.

We look forward to continuing to offer educational opportunities like this in the future and hope to see many of you at the next one.

There are moments in this work that truly remind us why we do what we do—and today was one of them.
We had the honor of welcoming a stunning c**t into the world, and it never gets old witnessing that very first breath, those first unsteady steps, and the beginning of a life full of promise. Moments like these are equal parts humbling and rewarding, and we never take lightly the trust placed in us to be part of such an important day.
A heartfelt thank you and congratulations to his wonderful owners—we’re so grateful to have been part of this special moment!

Welcome to the world, Whizey gunna trashya! “Whiz” 🤍💙🩵

Why Hands-On Learning Matters… And Why This Opportunity Is So Rare 🐎

There’s a big difference between hearing about anatomy… and actually seeing and feeling it with your own hands.

That’s exactly what makes our Distal Limb Dissection Event on April 17th so unique.

This isn’t a lecture.
This isn’t just watching from the sidelines.
This is your chance to glove up and be part of the learning experience!

Attendees will have the rare opportunity to work directly with cadaver equine distal limbs, allowing you to:
*See structures in real life — not just in photos or diagrams
*Feel tendons, ligaments, and joint structures firsthand
*Better understand injuries, function, and movement
*Ask questions and learn directly in the moment

Hands-on learning is one of the most effective ways to truly understand anatomy — and opportunities like this are extremely rare. Access to cadaver material, guided by a veterinarian, in a small interactive setting is something you simply don’t come across often.

This is exactly why our attendees love these events — you don’t just sit and listen… You participate.

Even more important, this Distal Limb event is being brought back by request, and we do not plan to repeat it again for at least a few years as we continue expanding our education series.

If you’ve ever wanted a deeper understanding of how the horse’s lower limb functions, this is your chance.

📅 April 17th
🎟️ $85 per ticket
🧤 Rare hands-on opportunity with cadaver equine limbs
⚡ Not returning again for years

We truly don’t want anyone to miss this unique learning experience.

🚨 By Request… We’re Bringing It Back — But Not For Long 🚨

Due to popular demand, we’ve decided to bring back our Distal Limb Dissection Event on April 17th — and we’re excited to offer this opportunity again for those who missed it the first time.

This event has been one of our most requested educational experiences, and we’ve heard from many of you asking for another chance to attend. So… we listened.

However, this is important:
We do not plan to repeat this Distal Limb event again for at least a few years as we continue expanding our education series.

That means this is your chance to be part of it.

For just $85, you’ll have the opportunity to:
- Explore the distal limb anatomy up close
- Participate in hands-on learning opportunities
- Learn directly from an experienced veterinarian
- Expand your knowledge, whether you're an owner, trainer, farrier, rider, or equine professional

This event is designed for anyone who owns, works with, or cares for horses and wants a deeper understanding of structure, function, and common injuries.

We’ve also opened additional tickets because we truly don’t want anyone to miss out — but with the event just around the corner, spots are still limited.

📅 April 17th

⚡ By request — and not returning for years

If you've been considering attending, now is the time. Once this event passes, it may be a few years before this topic returns.

Year Two at the Lake Tahoe Equine Veterinary Conference!

We were excited to be back for our second year sponsoring the Lake Tahoe Equine Veterinary Conference, and it was another fantastic experience. This event continues to be an incredible opportunity to connect with veterinarians and fellow sponsors from across the industry while sharing what Tahoe Equine Rehab has to offer.

We had so many great conversations, exchanged ideas, and discussed the latest advancements in equine care. Being part of this conference allows us to strengthen relationships within the veterinary community and reinforces our commitment to supporting equine health and high-quality care.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to chat and connect — and yes, the cookies were once again a crowd favorite! We’re grateful for the continued support and look forward to building on these connections in the year ahead. Until next year, LTEC
