We have some exciting news to share....
Dr. Bogatch has joined the faculty at Long Island University College of Veterinary Medicine as Associate Professor of Equine Medicine π΄π
This role naturally brings together Keithβs passion for caring for horses and his long-standing love of teaching β and it truly feels like a dream come true!
We are overjoyed to officially contribute to the education of future equine veterinarians. Meaningful mentorship is essential not only during veterinary school, but throughout the early years of a young veterinarianβs career, and it plays a critical role in nurturing and sustaining a lifelong love of equine medicine for the future of horse care.
As an established, highly experienced clinician, Keith brings insight, thoughtfulness, practicality, clear communication, and a genuine sense of humor to his work with students. His goal is to support and inspire them as they develop their skills, while preserving the passion for horses that led them to pursue veterinary medicine in the first place β and to help strengthen the future of equine care.
Bogatch Equine will continue to operate as usual, serving our growing clientele and their horses across Long Island, Saratoga Springs, and Western Vermont with the same dedication, compassion, and hands-on care we value so deeply.
Please join me in congratulating Keith on this new adventure into academia...I'm so proud of him - the one and only, Doctor, Professor, Bogatch! π
2026 is shaping up to be a meaningful and exciting year for Bogatch Equine β stay tuned π΄β€οΈ
