For the past two years, Kira has been an essential part of Idaho Dog Park's team. Though her role focuses on working directly with the dogs, the impact she has on our team, our clients, and our four-legged guests extends far beyond her daily tasks.

Kira is the definition of discipline. She approaches each day with unmatched drive and professionalism, ensuring every dog in her care has a safe, enriching, and joyful experience. Her leadership shines not through titles but through her actions—quietly setting the standard for what it means to truly embody Idaho Dog Park values.

In addition to her role here, Kira is also a devoted mom, and dog mama to little Pepper. No matter what hat she is wearing, she meets every challenge with strength, compassion, and an inspiring level of grace.

We are so grateful to have Kira on our team. Her work ethic, heart, and commitment make Idaho Dog Park a better place for both people and pups.

Employee Spotlight: Faith

This month, we’re proud to highlight Faith, one of our incredibly dedicated and talented Shift Leads, Faith.

Faith has been part of our team for almost three years. She started with us as one of our youngest team members, but quickly stood out for her maturity, professionalism, and the way she carries herself with such grace and reliability. It wasn’t long before she stepped into a leadership role—and she’s been excelling in it ever since.

Every shift, Faith brings consistency, attention to detail, and a calm confidence that puts the entire team at ease. She leads with kindness, makes thoughtful decisions, and runs her shifts with impressive clarity and control. Simply put, she’s someone the team can count on.

What’s even more impressive is how seamlessly she’s balanced her high-level performance here with the demands of high school. And now, as she prepares to start college this fall, we couldn’t be prouder of her. We’re excited to see all that her future holds, knowing it’s going to be bright.

We first met Faith years ago when we had a rescue. We had a dog in our care who was one of our more difficult cases to rehome. That’s when Faith and her family stepped in and gave that dog—Hatch—the most incredible home we could have ever hoped for. The love, patience, and commitment they’ve shown him is nothing short of inspiring, and we’ll always be grateful for the life they’ve given him.

Faith, thank you for your unwavering dedication, leadership, and heart. You make our team better every single day.
