KITTENS needing forever homes 💗
Approximately four months old, social and friendly, lots of personalities right here!

We really love to see young cats go in pairs unless there is another cat in the home already (this is actually better for them and keeps them out of trouble!). Of course there are exceptions, especially based on personalities.

If interested, please submit a simple application here letting us know what you are looking for. It is our goal to match pets with the right people and people with the right pets💗💗💗 these babies have been around other cats, dogs, and kids!

As it turns out, Sadie was in need of so much more. And YES, she was literally kicked to the curbside for anyone who wanted her (Please see our original posting here): https://www.facebook.com/share/p/1BtFdcY68h/

Sadie had severe ear infections, allergies, and it was soon realized she is deaf. It was unknown initially if she was spayed or not, but she soon went into heat, answering that question. Which, with her age, it was determined best to spay her once she was not in heat. Then, before the spay appointment could be met, she developed concerning symptoms which required a trip to the ER. She was found to be in the early stages of Pyometra. For those of you not familiar with Pyometra, it is a life-threatening condition and requires an immediate spay surgery. ANOTHER REASON TO SPAY YOUR DOGS!!! We got Sadie in for an urgent spay appointment, which was successful with no complications. However, Sadie had a rough recovery which required two more trips to the ER vet. We've had amazing medical care from ALL veterinarians involved.

This has also hit us hard financially and are grateful to the veterinary clinic who is working with us to pay off her bill. We typically do not run up debt, and keep all our accounts current. If you would like to help, it will be greatly appreciated! We've had many large and unexpected medical expenses this past year!

We are grateful to all who help support us! You can make donations here directly, or to venmo/paypal/checks. We will put the info below in comments. Or, if you prefer to pay the vet directly, you can message us for that info. We are a nonprofit 501c3, and all donations made to us are tax-deductible. More info coming soon on Sadie, who will be looking for her forever home! She is a gem, and we cannot thank both the foster who rescued her and the foster home who is currently caring for her enough. You are all top-notch humans!!

Folks, we are asking for your help to PLEASE SHARE our post about Prue & Remy. If you have any possible resources, please reach out to them on their behalf. They are innocent victims of terrible abuse and neglect and were part of a major confiscation in September, 2025. This was also on the news:
https://blog.piercecountywa.gov/pcsdblotter/2025/09/25/27-dogs-seized-in-deplorable-conditions/

At this time, we would not be comfortable saying they are "adoptable" but we see the potential in them both. To reach that potential, we need to find the perfect person/people/place for them to continue rehabilitation. As we noted in our first posting, Remy is terrified of strangers and reacts with fear aggression. Prue is also timid and scared, but reacts the complete opposite; she wants to make herself less noticeable. Both girls have become SO very sweet and loving with their foster family members. They co-exist beautifully with cats and other dogs.

They are both still working through potty-training (but use the p*e pads if in the house). They have not had any leash work yet. The focus was to get them healthy and comfortable living outside of the filth and small cages they'd been in. We are particularly concerned about Remy, as her response to strangers is very intense. We want to SAVE her life after all she's been through--and seeing her live among a family and other animals, the thought of euthanasia breaks our heart. But we need to ensure she is in the RIGHT hands, not just anyone can come along and adopt her with unrealistic expectations. These dogs require experience, patience, and time.

The foster family is wonderful--but do not have the time or skillset that these dogs need to become adoptable. Prue & Remy are so young, and deserve a real shot. Here is a link to the original posting for them:

New year. New beginnings. Same three dogs still waiting 💛 And, AMAZING dogs at that!

Romondo, Zoe, and Bailey rang in the new year without a foster or adopter, and we’re determined that 2026 is the year everything changes for them! These incredible pups keep getting overlooked simply because there aren’t enough open homes, especially for big dogs.

All three are dog-friendly, fully spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and ready to start their next chapter. They’d do best in homes without kitties.

✨ Meet the pups ready for a fresh start ✨

Romondo – 3-year-old goofy giant who loves water, large playful dogs (no littles for this big boy), and has been waiting 14 months for his chance.

Zoe – 2-year-old bubbly, people-loving girl who lost her home and is currently waiting in boarding. Zoe is a fun and athletic girl who would love an active family --but still loves downtime for cuddles. She is a FANTASTIC cuddler!

Bailey – 15-month-old sensitive sweetheart learning how to be a dog after a rough start and craving a patient, loving home. (Bailey did land in a good foster home...but still needs her forever home!)

Is anyone driving through Western Washington on Tuesday, 12/23?

We are looking for transportation for a momma cat and her 8 kittens from the Kelso area to as close as possible to Sequim that day. If you’re headed that way—even for part of the trip—or know someone who might be able to help, please let us know.

Please reach out to us here on Facebook or on messager if you can help in any way.
Thank you so much!

Friends, we really need your help 💔. Romondo, Zoe, and Bailey are three wonderful dogs at our rescue that are in desperate need of a foster or adopter. These dogs keep getting overlooked and we just can’t understand why. Like so many big dogs right now, they are being passed over simply because there aren't enough open doors.

Can you help us pull off a holiday miracle? Whether you can foster or adopt, you would be changing a life. All three are dog-friendly, though they’d prefer a home without kitties. All pups are fully spayed/neutered and vaccinated and ready to go home. Please share this post. We know their perfect family is out there somewhere!

Romondo (The Goofy Giant!)
- 3-year-old male. Handsome, friendly giant mix of Great Dane, Anatolian Shepherd, Malamute.
- Dog friendly and loves medium-to-large playful female dogs. No kitties or smalls.
- Loves chasing water from the hose!
- Strong boy and excessive talker on walks (we blame the malamute 🙃), so needs a strong and experienced owner to walk, or an owner that is just happy with a gorgeous homebody.
- Has spent 13 months in rescue waiting for his chance

Zoe (The Bubbly Bestie)
- 2-year-old female with a bubbly personality that loves all people!
- She found herself homeless after her human crossed the rainbow bridge.
- Equal parts walking/hiking buddy and couch potato.
- Dog and kid friendly! No kitties.
- Zoe is currently sitting in a boarding kennel just waiting for a foster or adopter.

Bailey (The Sensitive Sweetie)
- 15-month-old female that is learning to come out of her shell
- Bailey was sold on Craiglist and has lived much of her life in a crate.
- Shy meeting new people, but has a strong desire to bond with humans. Will need a home with some extra TLC
- Dog friendly but no kitties.
- Loves going to doggy daycare!

📍 Location: Western Washington (Olympia, Tacoma, Seattle, Bremerton, and surrounding areas).

Folks...it's never-ending. We have been made aware of two semi-feral cats that are without a caretaker--one male, one female--and both are unaltered. They are trying to survive, appearing on people's porches & yards who are feeding their OWN outdoor kitties, but are not happy about these two being present. Threats have been made to "take care of them" by less caring neighbors.
We have tried to find help for them with no luck. TNR is NOT an option here. Is there anyone out there looking for a pair of semi-feral barn kitties? We would absolutely get them spayed/neutered/vaccinated. Please submit a form here:

Remy and Pru are two young Australian Shepherds who have endured the unimaginable.

Just a few months ago, law enforcement seized 27 dogs from a Pierce County home where dogs were living in small rooms and inside of small cages. You may have seen this breaking news on TV or social media; the cages were filled with urine and feces--with multiple dogs crammed together inside of cages. The conditions were described as deplorable. Sadly, they also found two other dogs that had recently died.

These precious girls are two of those 27 dogs removed. Remy is estimated at two years old, while Pru is about 3 years old. Each of them has their own scars from the hellish ordeal that they had been living. But in true "dog form" they have shown resilience, unconditional love and true grit.

Pru's scars are visible to the naked eye. She is healing, but you can still see the scars on her face, head, tail, and foot. (It was reported that 4-5 dogs were crammed in a crate together, and we wonder if Pru may have been one) She was terrified when she arrived at her foster home. She is the sweetest girl EVER and will often give a "submissive smile" - NOT to be mistaken for a snarl. She is so submissive and only wants to make sure that you know she's a good girl. She is gaining trust and confidence; she has started to play more and even seek pets and affection from her foster humans! She now likes to cuddle next to her foster mom on the couch, whereas before she would lay on the top back of the couch far enough away. She is still scared to take treats from their hands, so they are given from her dish.

Remy's scars are not visible to the eye, but they exist. Remy has a deep fear of strangers, especially men (but HAS bonded with the young man in the foster home). Remy has learned to trust the inner family members of her foster family, but she does not trust visitors or new people and is reactive towards those people she doesn't know or trust. With her foster family, she is affectionate and loves them. Poor Remy had also just had a litter of puppies recently.

Both girls get along very well with the other dogs in the foster home as well as the kitties living in the home, too. Neither one is toy or food aggressive; there is no resource guarding. As to be expected, neither dog was potty-trained, so they have been working on this. They are now diligently using the p*e pads only in the house, while making more progress to going potty outside in the yard. With consistency and patience, they will get there!

These two seem to really love each other, too. Their bond has grown deeper while in their foster home. They are often found sleeping together or gently wrestling. Our intent was to find each their own home, given that they each have their own needs. It would take a very special home to be able to take them both. The important factor is that they each get the love, time, and space to continue healing.

If you think you may be the special human that Pru and/or Remy is seeking, please submit an application here: https://form.jotform.com/50488470409157
