FOUND DOG!
A few good samaritans kept this little girl from getting hit on Pitney road just now. She is chipped however it is with the rescue. We are working to find her people before having to hand her over to Animal Control to be reunited through their hands. She is with us for at least another hour while we get this figured out.

Flags are half mast today at My Best Friends in honor of one of our very own best friends, Magellan.
Magellan was a cat of the people - if you lived in Somers Point there's a chance you knew him too. He spent the past few years of his life raising one eyed cats at Maureen's house and doing a darn good job of it.
Tonight we said "see you later" to our buddy Jelly. Til we meet again buddy!
