Thanks to everyone that made this last weekend possible. It was a great time! We had some new dogs, new handlers, and a bunch of kids that got to experience the fun! We are blessed to have the opportunity to host these events and keep Jesus in the center of our hobbies!

Our first Salvation Shed Dogs event is in the books. We want to thank everyone for coming out to spend the cold weekend with us. We had a great time running dogs, hanging out with friends, and talking faith. Congratulations to all handlers and dog on your successful runs! We had 6 dogs obtain titles here this weekend, which is awesome to be apart of.

Here is a schedule for the weekend:

Friday
Champion - Bar M Ranch Course
Working/Youth - Landmark Realty Course

Judges dogs begin at 9:30am with handlers meeting at HQ at 10am. We will have coffee, muffins, and granola bars out in the morning. Chili, cornbread, and brownies for lunch. Cody will be sharing his testimony after awards Friday afternoon.

Saturday
Champion - Team Spray Foam Course
Working/Youth - 37 Ministries Course

Judges dogs begin at 9:30am with handlers meeting at HQ at 10am. We will have coffee, muffins, and granola bars out in the morning. Chicken noodle soup, vegetable soup, cornbread, and brownies for lunch.

Sunday

Working - Bar M Ranch Course

Judges dogs begin at 8am with devotional at HQ at 8:30am. We will have coffee, muffins, and granola bars out in the morning. Ham salad sandwiches, chips, and brownies for lunch.

This is a tentative schedule. Weather could play a role in times and courses. We look forward to seeing everyone and enjoying the fellowship.

ATTENTION!! The shed dog event has been postponed until next weekend (Jan 19th-21st) due to another snow storm impacting travel of the majority of participants. We look forward to seeing everyone next weekend!

The weather will be interesting this weekend for our first Salvarion Shed Dog trial. It may slow us down a bit, but it won’t stop us. We will be handling dogs Friday, Saturday, and Sunday starting at 8am and likely finishing early afternoon. Headquarters will be heated with coffee and hot chocolate. If you are curious about “shed dogs” or would like to see the dogs work, feel free to reach out to us or just show up this weekend.

There will be multiple dogs for the kids to handle….bring your youth (5-15yo) out for some fun and a ribbon.

Lodging options for our January event:

- The Gallatin/Hamilton area has a handful of Airbnb options.
-Cameron is ~25miles away with multiple hotels there. The SureStay in Cameron is pet friendly and reasonably priced. They have a nice air-out yard too.
