We traveled to Tri-State Shed Dogs this past weekend to knock the dust off from a long break of handling dogs on sheds. Four dogs made the trip…each one getting 2 passes in the Champion division. Emma handled Holly, Shalyn handled Clover, and Cody handled Elvis and Maple. Quincy competed in youth with Elvis. Henry made the trip for the donuts. This was Paul’s first shed trial….after a rough Saturday, he enjoyed Sunday. It was great getting to see everyone again. Thanks for the hospitality and all the help.

We were able to host the Tri-State event at our house this weekend. We had a great turnout, with a great group of people! Thank you to everyone who came out to support us and thank you to everyone who helped behind the scenes! We appreciate every single one of you!

Holly decided to show up this weekend. I joked that the past month she had been “on vacation” since receiving her GRCHSD and ESD titles. 😅 She was able to win overall fastest combined time for Champion class.

Maple had some great runs, minus her last day she decided to hunt some raccoons… 🙈

Hedge was able to achieve his Grand Champion Shed Dog title this weekend and his very last run in the ESDS he placed 4th! Way to go out with a bang buddy! He will be starting his next adventure, which will be hunting pheasants in a couple weeks.

Elvis and Cody had some great runs this weekend. He was able to pull off a solid pass, 2nd and 1st place this weekend! Elvis continues to improve with each run! We’re really proud of the progress he has made in 8 short months!

Cody handed Huck over to me to handle this weekend. He was able to get 3 passes. Thank you Ken for running him the last day and helping him achieve 2nd place!

Emma had some good runs this weekend! She was able to get Chance’s WSDx3 this weekend! Two of those three titles were 100% her and Chance! I am so proud of how far she has come as a handler!

We were so happy to get to show our family and friends the sport we love. We appreciate each of you making time to come support us!

Thank you again to all of our shed dog friends who came out to support us! We hope everyone had a great weekend! We look forward to seeing you all soon!

Fun weekend at Central Illinois Shed Dogs! Thank you Rilea family for hosting a great event! We all had a lot of fun! We loved seeing all our friends and making new friends!

Hedge, Holly and Maple were able to make 3 champion passes. We took our friends’ dog, Bear along for the weekend! He made some great runs with Cody!

We took our newest additions this weekend (Elvis, Doc, Stewart, Chance and Wade)!

Elvis was able to place 1st each day in Working!

Stewart had his first runs this weekend and was able to place 2nd each day!

Doc, Chance and Wade each made 3 working passes!

Elvis and Doc were able to get their Working Shed Dog titles!!

I’m so proud of how well they’re all doing!

Fun weekend in Wisconsin with Badger State Shed Dogs!

This weekend Hedge, Holly and Maple were all able to make 3 solid passes which gained them their Champion Shed Dog titles! I’m proud of how well they continue to improve.

This weekend we brought some dogs we’ve been working with the past few months. Cody’s been working these guys with little assistance from me as he’s afraid I’ll become too attached. 🙃

Elvis came to us as a super shy guy. It took over a month for us to gain his trust. He’s still iffy with me. I’m absolutely amazed at his performance! Saturday and Sunday he ran with such confidence!

Doc came to us at the same time. He’s more of a happy go lucky guy. He too did a great job this weekend!
