Some horses mean a little more.

'Sparky' is out of the same mare as the very first futurity horse that helped open doors for me and gave me the confidence to chase this dream.

It's hard not to be excited about a horse with that kind of story behind her. 🩵

Not every season makes sense, and not every answer comes when we want it to.

I'm learning that faith isn't about having it all figured out. It's about trusting God's plan anyway, staying grateful for the opportunity to do the work in front of me, and believing there is purpose in every season, even the ones I don't fully understand. 💙

Some seasons are for pushing and some are for trusting.

Show up. Do the work. Stay grateful. Trust the timing and remember that not everything has to be forced.

The horses remind us of that every day. 🩵

Very thankful for a covered pen during all this rain and for quality horses like Khloe that make the everyday work that much more rewarding.

Today we pause.

Not to celebrate, but to remember.

We honor the men and women who gave everything in service to our country and recognize the sacrifice that allows us to live the lives we do each day.

From all of us at Valimont Performance Horses, we remember those who served and especially those who never made it home.

May their courage and sacrifice never be forgotten. 🇺🇸
