It’s our last Eat Your Plants!! Thursday at 9:30am and 10:15am. Thank you so much to all of the families who have supported our program over the past few years. We have had so much fun playing in the garden with your babies. Shout out to Miss Jenna for planning, organizing, and teaching this semester’s classes 💚💚

Some bittersweet news from Claire, our executive director: Brave Harvest is ending our garden program this winter break. It’s been a long journey since we started Brave Harvest in 2017. After building 20 raised beds, donating hundreds of pounds of food, and meeting countless volunteers, I am moving on to other things. Thank you to for hosting our garden, to .gnv for buying our produce, to all the interns, and volunteers and employees who made this project possible. We will still be making hot sauce for the foreseeable future (available at ) and stewardship of the garden space will be passed along to another group. I am grateful for the time I got to grow at Brave Harvest, and on to the next adventure 💚

Featuring Borage! This plant grows 2 to 3 feet tall and has blue, star-shaped flowers! The leaves can be used as dried herbs or tea! The flowers are edible and tastes kinda like cucumbers, pollinators also love this plant! ✨
