Eeyore and Tigger were two pups left outside our building overnight, all alone in their kennels, a few months back. Not only were the two severely malnourished, but they also had painful pressure sores on their feet from standing in their own urine and f***s. However, today, the duo is happy and healthy in their forever homes. 💕

Minnow is proof that big hearts come in the tiniest of packages! This adorable 3-pound Beagle/Chihuahua mix was a stray pup who has now found safety with us. She is part of a group of 15 dogs we recently pulled from a local shelter.

Ten years ago, little Dallas left our shelter as a wiggly puppy. ❤️

Last week, we saw a familiar face at a local shelter and knew we had to step in. Now, this sweet 10-year-old Lab mix is safe with us again, and just as sweet loving as we remembered. Dallas is ready to spend her golden years with a family who will cherish her just as much as we do. 🐾

The Secret to Happier Shelter Dogs? Playgroups!

We're so proud of our Statewide Initiatives Manager, Margaret, who just completed her Dogs Playing for Life Level 2 Mentorship! She spent four days at Canine Center Florida mastering advanced techniques for integrating behavior modification into playgroups and expert leash work.

Margaret will be using her new skills to help our partner shelters across the state implement playgroups, improving dog well-being and boosting adoptions. It's a huge step in our mission to help all shelters across Georgia thrive and become no-kill!

Can you believe that our sweet Casanova has been waiting for his forever home since February? He originally came to us with 8 siblings, and they've all grown up so much and found their happy families, all except our amazing Casanova and his sister, Kisses.

To help show off his fun and goofy personality, we took him to talented photographer, Heart Spot Pet & Family Portraits, and as you can see, he's quite the charmer! If you're looking for a loving, playful companion, Casanova is your guy!

Over 227 community pets vaccinated for free: Helping our community's pets stay healthy and safe is what we love to do!

Our recent vaccine clinic was a huge success, thanks to everyone who participated. We were able to support 120 families and protect 227 pets with crucial vaccinations and microchips.

With the incredible support of Petco Love , we administered 215 rabies vaccines and 221 core vaccines (165 for dogs, 56 for cats), along with providing 100 microchips. We're so grateful to everyone who prioritized their pet's wellness by attending!
