We are looking for WEEKEND ONLY help this fall/winter 🍁❄️ (possibly some weekdays but mainly just weekends right now) show season is upon us and we will be gone a lot of weekends!
Requirements:
• MUST be 21+ years old — this is non negotiable right now
• MUST have experience with horses including stallions and foals/yearlings
• MUST be reliable and have reliable transportation
• MUST be able to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently
Working with horses is not glamorous and we know this, so the next person we bring in needs to know it too. It requires diligent hard workers. Please don’t message if you have never actually taken care of horses at all or are nervous around them in the slightest bit.
Duties:
Feeding 25+ horses
Haltering/leading horses to and from barn/pasture
Cleaning stalls
Dumping/cleaning/filling water troughs/buckets
Being able to lift 50llb feed bags and hay bales
Restocking hay and feed when needed
Keeping the barns clean and tidy
Feeding chickens and barn cats
Pay will depend on dependability, work ethic, and experience!
Can also work out work for riding lessons 🏇
