IMMEDIATE OPENING!
We are looking to add a full-time receptionist to our animal care team! Candidate must have a deep love for animals and a heart for client-patient care. Candidate must have a friendly demeanor and good communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to: greet clients in a friendly manner, schedule appointments, answer calls, receive payments, chart and file appropriately, learn and become efficient with record keeping software, keep front area clean and presentable, provide excellent patient care. BE AWARE: THIS JOB DOES REQUIRE ANIMAL CONTACT AND HANDLING SKILLS. THIS CAN BE A HIGH PACED JOB WITH HIGH STRESS LEVELS. Applications may be obtained by email or in-person.
