Humane Society and Adoption Center of Rockport-Fulton A NO-KILL facility for cats and dogs. We have great animals that need good, loving homes. See them all in the photo albums: Ready for Adoption. Sunday 1pm-4pm.

We are located in the Rockport-Fulton, Texas area on the Gulf Coast. Our facility is located on 3.5 acres with lots of beautiful oak trees that provide wonderful shade for all our animals. Hours of Operation:Tues-Thurs 10am-2pm, Fri, Sat 10am-4pm. Closed Monday.

🌟 Pets of the Week! 🌟

Meet Sarah Lee and Lady, two wonderful girls whose adoption fees are WAIVED this week in hopes of helping them find the loving homes they deserve!

🐾 Sarah Lee is a gorgeous one-year-old Great Pyrenees with a calm, gentle nature. While she may be a little reserved at first, she warms up nicely once she gets to know you and enjoys quiet companionship. Sarah Lee is currently receiving treatment for heartworms and is well on her way to recovery. She would love a patient family who can help her continue to blossom.

🐱 Lady is an 8-year-old cat who has been patiently waiting for a home since 2018. She can be shy with new people, but once she trusts you, she’s a quiet and wonderful companion. Lady loves lounging in a cozy spot and watching the world go by—she’s the perfect low-maintenance roommate.

Both of these sweet girls have spent far too long waiting for someone to see how special they are. Could this be the week they finally find their forever homes?

These little ones are looking for a foster-to-adopt home, either together or separately. 😉 They’re playful, curious, and full of kitten antics that are guaranteed to keep you smiling.

Just a reminder that Loki’s adoption fee is WAIVED this week, and this sweet boy would absolutely love to meet you. Loki was born right here at our facility and has been waiting ever since for someone to finally call him their own. 🥺

He has the most adorable little face, the gentlest soul, and so much love to give. Loki is truly such a tender boy who deserves to know what it feels like to have a family and a comfy couch to curl up on.

When life gives you lemons… these amazing kids turn them into kindness 🍋💛

A HUGE thank you to the Brundrett family and the Bone family for hosting lemonade stands and generously donating a portion of their proceeds to our shelter animals! Your kindness, hard work, and big hearts mean so much to us and to the dogs and cats in our care.

We are always so touched when young animal lovers step up to make a difference in our community. Every dollar donated helps provide food, medical care, enrichment, and love for homeless pets waiting for their forever homes.

Meet Ruby — a stunning 5-year-old Klee Kai who is looking for someone truly familiar with and passionate about this unique breed. Ruby is absolutely gorgeous and a total textbook Klee Kai with her striking looks, intelligence, and strong personality.

Klee Kais are known for being incredibly smart, loyal, alert, and deeply bonded to their people. But they are also a breed that can be challenging in the wrong hands. They can be sensitive, cautious with strangers, vocal, high energy, and reactive if they don’t feel secure or understood. Ruby is no exception. She’s been bounced around quite a bit, and what she really needs now is stability, patience, and someone committed to helping her feel safe and understood.

Ruby can be reactive, especially around other dogs, so she will need an experienced adopter who understands dog behavior and is willing to continue working with her. She is not a “starter dog,” but for the right person, Ruby has so much potential to become an incredibly loyal companion. Beneath her tough moments is a dog who simply needs consistency and someone willing to see her for who she is.

This week’s featured pets are Loki and Barb — and their adoption fees are SPONSORED in hopes they can finally find the loving homes they deserve! ❤️

🐶 Loki is a handsome one-year-old boy with the cutest little underbite. Born here at the shelter, Loki has watched all of his siblings get adopted while he and his brother Jasper are still waiting for their forever families. You can usually find him hanging out at the front desk “helping” answer phones and greeting visitors with his sweet personality. Once he gets to know you, Loki is incredibly lovable, affectionate, and ready to be your best friend.

🐱 Barb is a fiercely independent lady who marches to the beat of her own paw. She’s not overly clingy, but once she trusts you, she’ll become your loyal companion. Barb would love a home where she can explore, lounge comfortably, and keep you company in her own special way.

Meet sweet little Linus 💛🐾

This adorable puppy is looking for a foster-to-adopt home where he can grow, play, and be loved forever. Linus is full of puppy energy and personality — he LOVES toys, carrying around stuffed animals, and zooming around having the best time. After playtime, all he really wants is someone to snuggle up with and call his own. 🧸✨

We think Linus may be some kind of Chihuahua mix, but whatever he is, he’s 100% precious. This little guy has so much love to give and would absolutely thrive in a home ready for all the fun and sweetness that comes with puppyhood.

🐾 Meet Bubba & Sara Lee 🐾

These two gorgeous Great Pyrenees are around a year old and are ready to find the loving homes they deserve! While they’re great friends, they are not bonded and can be adopted separately. 🤍

Bubba is the life of the party! This goofy boy is full of personality and loves to make people laugh with his playful antics. He’s easy-going, affectionate, and always ready to soak up attention from anyone willing to give it. If you’re looking for a big lovable goofball, Bubba is your guy.

Sara Lee is a little more cautious when meeting new people, but once she warms up, she is sweet and gentle. She looks to Bubba for confidence sometimes, but she’s slowly learning that the world isn’t so scary after all. She has such a soft and loving spirit that truly shines once she feels comfortable.

Both Bubba and Sara Lee are currently heartworm positive, but they are already on the road to recovery and doing great. They would love nothing more than to spend their recovery in forever homes filled with love, patience, and cozy places to nap.
