Humane Society and Adoption Center of Rockport-Fulton A NO-KILL facility for cats and dogs. We have great animals that need good, loving homes. See them all in the photo albums: Ready for Adoption. Sunday 1pm-4pm.

We are located in the Rockport-Fulton, Texas area on the Gulf Coast. Our facility is located on 3.5 acres with lots of beautiful oak trees that provide wonderful shade for all our animals. Hours of Operation:Tues-Thurs 10am-2pm, Fri, Sat 10am-4pm. Closed Monday.

Are you our new family? Our doggy mom, Princess Peach, had us at the facility on May 2nd and we’ve grown strong and loving with the help of all our friends here, but now we wanna go home!!

We’re Boston terrier mixes and are only gonna be 20-25 pounds when full grown. We’re spayed/neutered, up to date on shots and heartworm negative. Come let us show you how good we will be for your family!!

Happy Friday from these cool pups! Bubbles Tinsel and Princess Peach are all looking for a forever home. These dogs are all friendly with other dogs and they would all love to get out of here. Come down and see these lovely dogs!

Bubbles is about 1 year old and has been here for 8 weeks waiting for a home 🐶

Tinsel is 2 years and 9 months old and has been here for 1.5 years waiting 🐶

Princess Peach is 2 years and 3 months and has been here for 15 weeks waiting for a home and still has 7 puppies here waiting for a home 🐶❤️

Looking for a little dog? We have a chihuahua named Pixie here at our facility who's looking for a home. Pixie is a firecracker who bonds very quickly with people. Her ideal home would be without kids or other dogs she does not share attention very well. Pixie would make a great companion for someone who wants a dog who will be their shadow. She’s fixed and up to date on prevention and HW negative. She's a snuggle bug and loves to cuddle and sleep in bed with you. Pixie is about 4 years old and she would love to be your new best friend!! Come down and visit her tomorrow she will be here from 10-4 waiting for you!! 🐶❤️

Meet Penelope!! This strong and sweet girl is desperately looking for a foster to help her gain some weight. She was a stray that was brought in this week and she had a microchip but the owner linked to it said she gave her away on Facebook a year ago and had no interest in taking her back. She's unfortunately HW positive and extremely malnourished and she needs someone to shower her with love and good food. She's so dang sweet! When you get her out of her kennel first thing she gives you the biggest smile and rolls on her belly for you. She's happy to be anywhere people are. This girl wants to be your best friend and follow you around everywhere. She's around 4/5 years old and she would love to recover in a home environment. She would be happy to be in a foster-to-adopt scenario or just a foster. We will be here until 4pm today!! 🐶❤️

Our Story

We are located in the Rockport-Fulton, Texas area on the Gulf Coast. Our facility is located on 3.5 acres with lots of beautiful oak trees that provide wonderful shade for all our animals. Hours of Operation:Tues-Thursday 10am-2pm, Friday and Sat 10am - 4pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Rockport-Fulton Humane Society Adoption Center is dedicated to saving the lives of dogs and cats in Aransas County. For over 30 years all of our resources and efforts have been solely used in Aransas County to help save the lives of dogs and cats and find them loving homes. Because we are a "No Kill" shelter, we depend on the participation of county residents to help us fulfill our mission. As you may know the supply of surrendered, abandoned and stray pets is a never ending, constant flow. Thankfully we have been able to rescue and re-home a significant portion of these animals with your help and support.

We accomplish this with the help of a small professional staff and a number of passionate community volunteers. Funding comes from local donations and grants.

Our expenses include our facility on Myrtle Street, a lean payroll and expenses such as veterinary care, food, bedding and other necessities. There is always more to do than available people power and funds can accommodate. This isn't a complaint, it's a reality and an opportunity for you to personally make a big difference even with a small contribution of time or money.
