Most of the babies have hatched the past few weeks , I haven't had much down time to post with alot of stuff going on so far all the white flavifasciata (banded ) uromastyx clutches hatched total of 4 clutches all unrelated pairings I haven't hatched these guys in the past 2 years due to health issues , but i been lucky this season to get a few amount of babies this season unplanned I also managed to hatch a baby princeps this season the clutch was small of 4 eggs 2 eggs went bad halfway incubation and only 1 made it from the 2 left im still ecstatic to hatch it all that's left to hatch is a orange flavifasciata clutch of a unrelated pairing they should hatch any day this week . Hoping this locality of white flavifasciata become more popular and available in the future they seem to not be around or available as often as the other's here domestically .

Ever since I started keeping uros in the late 2000s I always wanted to keep all the locality of Banded uromastyx (uromastyx flavifasciata) it was at my first reptile expo back in anaheim 2008-09 I saw them in person thanks to Doug dix who had babies on his booth I instantly fell in love with them along with most of the North African species , but flavifasciata are probably my favorite in my collection why I keep a good amount of them in each color hoping to produce more of these gems in the future so others can enjoy them as much as i been lucky to keep them . In the slides you can see all 3 colors from different males difference in ages as well the orange and yellows are cb imports from europe while the large white male was hatched from Lindsay pike some years ago .

Late post been so busy these last few weeks with vending my first show in years and moving out some enclosures I didn't think were working for me anymore to getting new ones forgot to post this clutch of orange banded uromastyx (flavifasciata) the pair is unrelated hoping for the eggs to hatch around august or early September this was my 7th clutch this season and think my final one i was hoping for philbyi eggs i saw the pairs breed, but think the females re absorbed them never found them hoping this species of uromastyx becomes more available and more recognizable in the market and community

I have been really lucky and blessed to receive three clutches of white banded uromastyx eggs the past week the last one was laid right before father's day , all of them are from unrelated animals i used one male to breed the first female on the slide and the 2nd female as well the last clutch I posted are unrelated as well I have been keeping uromastyx since 2007-08 and bandeds have always been my favorite been keeping them since 08-09 I'm lucky to be able to breed this amazing species and locality the whites will always be favorite the oranges are nice as well I barely acquired yellows they're great too , but the white with black contrast are my favorite i hope more people worked with this species and locality don't really see these available often I know not everyone has the space to keep these long term , but for anyone who is a true uromastyx lover these are a must have they are very hardy and most of mine tame down with the time I have been keeping them.

I have been keeping uromastyx flavifasciata since 2008-09 and have always loved the variety that comes with in the species from the white , orange and yellows I have been lucky to keep these for the time I been keeping uromastyx . I have kept and bred the white and oranges , but up until recently didnt have any luck finding any yellows available I got really lucky and blessed to acquire the yellows finally into my breeding program hoping to add this locality in my bucket list of species kept and bred and hoping to make this species more available to the hobby domestically really love the pattern variations and color they display fired up with some nice sunlight

Came home two days ago to a unexpected clutch of uromastyx princeps eggs i have raised the females in this group since 2019 and the male came in 2020 they still have alot to grow and develop more color the clutch is small of 4 but for her first time laying im really excited for this is my first time getting eggs for this species so far this is my first clutch this season hoping to get orange and white flavifasciata eggs along with philbyi

I received this beautiful ctenosaura acanthura a few weeks ago from happy to add her to my colony I was able to get her probed and its a female have always loved this species they're my favorite compared to other ctenosaura these are my favorite species to keep can't wait to see it mature thanks to ty park and for producing this beautiful species

Took a break from social media this winter , but im back now to posting content this spring and this year compared to last year's unexpected health issues im hoping to post and create more content this year as much as im able to thanks for all who have stuck around and checked up on me this past season here is a group of Ctenosaura Conspicuousa fully awake now and thriving and growing this warm spring my group is I think 1.2 juvies and 2.1 sub adults the bigger guys should breed by next season and the juvies in like 2 years conspicuousa

I was lucky to aquire a group of baby yemenensis uromastyx this season from two good breeder friends setting up too 4 different bloodlines they're really light and unique in comparison to other baby uromastyx my favorite thing about these guys is the tail its almost like a prehensailed tail they have these are are severely underrated in the community and very rare in the hobby if I had to say I would say these are probably some of the rarest uromastyx species to own next to shrobaki(lowland benti) , benti ( from eastern yemen and oman) ,princeps , macfadyeni( somalia ) , and acanthura ( Tunisian/Algerian)

Was lucky to add this magnificent adult male Rainbow Uromastyx to my colony of Uromastyx Yemenensis he's a total beast hope I'm able to breed these guys in the future one day been raising up my colony from small animals to this species it has taken longer than expected ,but worth it. #

Got a killer group of adult microlepis uromastyx a few weeks ago after having to downsize earlier this year due to acute GI issues and now being a bit more stable I jumped on getting these this species has always meant alot to me they are my absolute favorite next to white flavifasciata this is my largest male he's probably pushing over 24 inches and is super golden huge thanks to my homies in LLL for letting me know about these Dinosaurs with some TLC and some food and hydration they should be looking sharp by next year

Got this big male melanistic blue ctenosaura pectinata recently he used to have nice amount of blue and white when younger , but has gotten really dark with age anyone else working with this locality?
