I’ve held out as long as possible but Lisianthus and Zinnia are STILL the only things blooming right now. Which is fine because they are GORGEOUS on their own. Cut too late to sell BUT that just means I get to enjoy them myself. These Snapdragons are insane—they are an annual but the entire section from last year came back meaning extra tall length and early blooms.

You would think with this many flowers around I would always have something in the house…but really I only keep flowers at the beginning of the season when I’m waiting on everything to get going.

After hours of planting, I finally took a step back this evening to see the progress I've made, and it's nice to see things coming together. There were things needing cut but it seemed insignificant in the grand scheme of things until I put it all together in my bucket and saw this. This is just my personal bouquet made with sacrificial first cuts, but goodness is she pretty and she smells amazing.

Things are slowing in the field, but busy with kiddos. Made these for Dotty to take to her dance teacher tonight 🩰. The heat has toasted many of the weeds and many flowers are going to seed for collection but I’m happy to make arrangements upon request. If you ❤️ picking your own just message me and I’d be happy to open the gates of an evening.
