After months of consideration, we have come to the hard decision to no longer breed English Mastiffs.

The four male pups we currently have will be the last chance to get a Porch Light EM pup!

They are now 12 weeks and ready for their forever families!

Since we lost Mabel shortly after giving birth, this is the last chance to get one of her pups.

She weighed in at 198 and stood at 33.5” at her withers. Her frame paired with Butter Bean (from a Ellie & Rooster pairing) should have an amazing structure and solid build! Butter Bean weighed in at 193 at just 11 months, but has since decided the scale is scary! 🤣

Not only will these pups have a great build, but amazing personalities! Both mom and dad love their people and are amazing family dogs!

I’ve been slow with getting these babies posted, but they’re growing like crazy!

Last Friday, we lost Mabel in the night, shortly after she gave birth to her last litter of pups.

She has been sorely missed this past week, but we’re loving her babies while we’ve got them.

She’s the little gal that started this journey for us! 💔🐾

This month we’ve bred Mabel & Butter Bean as well as Rooster & Ellie. Daisy should be coming in soon and she will be bred to Butter Bean.

We are praying for lots of puppies in early 2024!

She is a tall girl & weighed 198 at her vet check Monday!
She has an amazing personality & a beautiful head!

She is one of the 3 females we will be breeding this fall, as we anticipate pups after the first of the year!

Obviously not the best pics, BUT… it was vet day for Rooster! He tipped the scales at 206 # and loved all the attention!

As many of you know our summer breeding didn’t go as planned, but we are very excited for winter breedings!

Rooster has an amazing personality & is a beautiful apricot brindle! If you’re looking for a loving pup, one of his pups would be an amazing addition to your family!

We had hoped we would have welcomed Rooster & Mabel pups this past week, but that was not the case.

Breeding is difficult & frequently unpredictable.
Unfortunately, not every breeding takes, not every pregnancy is carried to term, and sometimes despite your best efforts things still don’t go as planned.

Mabel lost this pregnancy earlier and thankfully she is very healthy! We look forward to future litters!

We’re currently waiting to test another one of our females… we may have a more exciting announcement soon!

Pictures, like the one on the right, make it so hard to tell how big Butter Bean really is…

Although I’m shaking my head about posting the pic on the left, it’s just crazy to think he can lay his chin on the counter! 🤦🏻‍♀️

BTW… We completely blame the human that let him in the kitchen and was sharing their snacks! 🤣
