The Christmas season is almost here, and my heart is full thinking about all the joy, traditions, and together time this season brings. Cozy nights, twinkling lights, and wagging tails make it even more special 💕

As you welcome family and friends into your homes, don’t forget that the holidays can be a lot for our dogs too. New people, extra noise, doorbells ringing, and schedule changes can be overwhelming—even for the friendliest pups. A quiet space to retreat, familiar routines, and a little extra patience go a long way in helping them feel safe and comfortable.

Thank you for including your dogs in the magic of the season and for always being such thoughtful, caring pet parents. Wishing you a Christmas filled with warmth, love, and plenty of tail wags 🎁🐶

Hey friends! As the temps start dipping, don’t forget—your pups still need their fun time and their cozy time. ❤️

This is the perfect season for:
✨ Snuggle sessions under a blanket
✨ Short, silly training games inside (5 minutes goes a long way!)
✨ Quick zoomies outside followed by warm cuddles
✨ Practicing “settle” with a cup of something hot in your hand

Cold weather doesn’t mean the fun has to stop. Keep those tails wagging, keep those hearts warm, and make every moment count. 🐶💛

🦃🐾 Thanksgiving Is Coming… and Your Dog Is READY.
(…ready to steal the turkey, charm your guests, and dive head-first into the trash 😅)

Before your pup turns into a holiday “food bandit,” here are some fun but important safety tips:

🍗 Turkey scraps? Hard pass. No skin, no bones — no matter how hard they stare.
🍫 Chocolate, nuts, onions, grapes, raisins… and even cranberries — all no-no snacks for pups!
🙅‍♀️ Tell guests: “No under-the-table bribery!” Your dog absolutely will try to negotiate.
🗑️ Guard the trash like it’s the crown jewels.
🏡 Make a cozy chill zone in case the holiday chaos gets too loud for your pup.

🌼 Good Morning from Marge! 🌼

If you needed a sign to start your day with a smile, let it be this sweet face. Our darling girl Marge is waking up in her foster home, paws crossed and heart wide open, still searching for the humans who will call her theirs forever.

Marge is one of those pups who just gets it. She’s crate trained, doing great with her potty manners, and adores her toys (especially if there’s a squeaker involved).

She came into rescue with her siblings, and while most have moved on to new chapters, our girl & her brother, Herb is still waiting. Waiting with the kind of hope that reminds us why we do what we do.
