While we understand that unexpected things can happen, during this busy holiday season we have noticed many same-day cancellations and no-shows. This not only affects our groomers but also other clients who want appointments. Therefore, we will now charge a 50% cancellation fee for any appointment that is not cancelled at least 24 hours in advance from December 21st - 24th.
