Poodle Town USA would first like to sincerely thank our customers and community for the overwhelming support and kind messages we have received.
Following a recent news segment earlier this week, a number of inaccurate claims and misleading statements about an incident at our business have continued to circulate on social media. Until now, we chose not to publicly respond in an effort to prevent further escalation or embarrassment for the individual involved.
However, due to the continued spread of misinformation and false allegations regarding the treatment of a customer and her fur baby, we feel it is necessary to clarify the facts and provide transparency about what actually occurred.
Poodle Town USA maintains that the claims being made about mistreatment are untrue. To support this, we are releasing video footage that accurately reflects the events in question and clearly demonstrates how the situation was handled. Our intention in sharing this information is solely to set the record straight and protect the integrity of our business.
We are disappointed that the initial news coverage did not include a full review of all available facts, resulting in a one-sided portrayal of the situation. Since that time, our business has been subjected to ongoing harassment and defamatory statements online.
