A phrase we hear often from David, whether he’s working with a new horse, or he has been working with a horse for years.

“We assist when they might need assistance or help in certain ways. If you are smart enough to listen they will tell you what they need regarding diet, care, training,” added David.

Novice riders aren’t always able to interpret what the horse is trying to say, so it’s always good to get the input of an experienced trainer, vet or rider to help bridge that gap.

Show training barn looking for a groom to handle, groom and tack horses at our home barn and at horse shows.

We are loosing one of our grooms to Kentucky where she will be pursuing her education as an equine vet. While we are very happy for her, we are sad to be losing her and we are looking for someone to fill her position.

We are looking for a highly motivated, self-directed, punctual individual to join our team.

It’s the small steps, the small wins, that build upon each other to create victories. At DBS, we celebrate the small wins, because they are the building blocks for the big wins.
