Happy International Jumping Spider Day! We are very happy to announce the return of our adorable Phidippus regius juveniles. Are you ready to welcome one into your home?

Juvenile males will be ready for shipping in late October/early November, with local pickup available in mid-October.

Due to higher demand, those wanting juvenile females are subject to a waiting list. The next available ones are anticipated to be ready for their new homes in mid-December (for shipping) or late November (for pickup).

Introducing Special Agent Dale Spooder of the FBI. He loves a damn good cup of coffee, cherry pie, and the taste sensation when maple syrup collides with ham (IYKYK). He will soon have a hot date with Audrey Horne. He has no idea where that will lead him, but has a definite feeling it will be a place both wonderful and strange.

Happy Mother's Day to Severina the diva!

She became gravid after her date with Obi-Wan Spinobi, but when day 14 came and she still hadn't laid her eggs, I began to fear that she was egg-bound. That worry intensified as day 17 came; then I got an idea.

Background: she had refused to go into her adult molt until long after all her sisters had done so, but the day after I got her a brand new leaf, she built a molt sac in it and proceeded to mature into a gorgeous spider.

With all this in my mind, I got her an artificial lavender rose and attached it to the stems I have glued in enclosures for this purpose. She laid her eggs that night, right behind her new flower 🖤
