Queens Animal Health is Closing

It is with a heavy heart that we must announce the closure of Queens Animal Health, effective Friday, August 18th.

We are grateful to have been part of such an amazing community of pet lovers and we thank you for the trust you placed in us to care for your loved ones. While we are saddened by this closure, we want to do everything in our power to ensure continuity of care for your fuzzy family members.

Some of our team will transition to our sister hospital at Austin Veterinary Care. If you choose to join us there, you will be welcomed as old friends.

To request a copy of your pet’s medical records, please call us at 347-506-0450 through Friday, August 18th. After that time, please visit https://amerivet.com/medical-records-request/ to submit a request.
