We frequently receive inquiries regarding our weekly limit on whitetail deer intake and our decision not to accept large exotics during whitetail season. We impose this limit when our cooler reaches maximum capacity and we have reached the weekly processing maximum to ensure the quality of our products is not compromised by excessive quantity. Each order is processed individually, and we maintain separate orders to guarantee personalized attention. Although we do not possess industrial-scale equipment, our approach eliminates the need for such machinery. We have consistently utilized the same equipment for many years, even prior to opening our business, to process our own meat. As we have previously stated, we treat every harvest with the same care as if it were our own. ❤️ We also restrict our intake to minimize the risk of cooler overcrowding, which could result in spoilage and render the entire harvest unusable. In the event of a single deer developing mold, the entire cooler is shut down, and all game is considered wasted. To protect our customers' harvests, we do not take this risk. Furthermore, we do not accept large exotics during whitetail season, as we prioritize catering to whitetail hunters who have a limited hunting window, whereas exotic hunting is available year-round. We do accept exotics during other times of the year. We take pride in our services and products, and we appreciate the trust our customers place in us. Our team works diligently to avoid turning customers away, and we hope that our customers understand when we must decline.
