We are officially closed for the holiday!! Ready for a much needed vacation & some family time! 😮‍💨😂

We have filled all spots in the cooler as of last night. We will not be accepting any more deer this weekend. We will start taking in freshly harvested whole deer that can hang in cooler on Monday. No quartered deer will be accepted until Thursday. Reminder we will be closed on Tuesday and Wednesday and will open on Thursday . We are available to skin, gut and quarter. Sorry for any inconvenience. Merry Christmas!

To say we have had a blessed hunting season this far is an understatement! We want to Thank all our customers for y’all’s business! We want to let everyone know that we will be closed Tuesday 12/24 and Wednesday 12/25 so our staff and ourselves can spend Christmas with family. We will be back at it on 12/26. Due to us closing these days we will be taking limited amount of deer is this week. Please call us prior to harvesting ur deer to make sure we have spots available. Unfortunately we can not hold spots. We here at Fowler Processing want to wish you and ur family a Merry Christmas!! God bless!!

Been a wild weekend here at Fowler Processing!

At this current time, due to the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, we will not be taking in any quartered deer. Only fresh deer that can be hung in the cooler.

We will be taking Thanksgiving day off to spend with family. We will resume regular buisness hours & start accepting quartered deer again the following day.

Today’s the big day! 🦌 Hunting season officially open! Come by and see us and let us make your harvest into yummy goodness!!! Hunting season hours are:
Monday-Friday 8am-7pm
Sat-Sun 9am-7pm
Anything after 7pm will have an after hours fee.
If we aren’t at the shop when ya need us we can be!!Just give us a call! 361-389-2044

We want to welcome Mike and Joel to Fowler Processing! We are so excited to have added them to our team. With last season being so crazy busy we wanted to make this season a better one so we added these two young men to help us better serve ya’ll. As our loyal customers know our turn around is one week which we pride ourselves on! We make John’s famous Jal/chez link sausage and pan sausage, regular link sausage, breakfast sausage, chorizo, summer sausage, snack stix and Jerky! And the best part is you get back your harvest.
